PMCare is a mobile service that provides Members with convenient access to their medical program from any location, using a Wi-Fi connection or mobile network.

Members are able to perform the following tasks:

• Access Member's profile information.
• Request Member’s utilization information.
• Find the nearest provider and ambulance location nationwide.
• Request Guarantee Letters.
• Request Personal Claims.
• Request Long Term Medication.
• Utilize our utility module, Vibrant Living, for wellness purposes.

In order to ensure the proper functionality of our application, please follow these steps:

1. Ensure a stable internet connection (via tel-co mobile network, WiFi, or VPN connection). For WiFi / VPN connections, ensure inbound or outbound access is not blocked by your company.
2. Check that you have a supported mobile phone model:
   • a) Android version 8.0 (Oreo) and above
   • b) Screen size of 5 inches and above

Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background may significantly impact battery life.
